A vintage Swiss soccer tournament shirt with a fashion remix.
Anything related to Switzerland typically features depictions of towering Alps, cows, timepieces, or the iconic red and white flag. Setting aside these conventional visual elements, except for the use of the Helvetica typeface, I have designed a fashion shirt that draws inspiration from vintage soccer aesthetics.
On the front, I incorporated the year of the tournament as typographic decoration.
On the back, I arranged soccer ball tiles to resemble the facades and crevasses of the Swiss Alps. This design suggests that the entire country is gearing up to welcome the tournament.
A simply Swiss shirt that exudes a blend of cool design and comfort.

Each shirt is a work of art utilizing the fabric as a canvas. On the reverse side of the shirt, the artist's signature is placed into a motif inspired by his first professional tennis racquet, the Wilson Ultra 2. This practice echoes the 1980’s trend where designers added their name to apparel as a mark of high design and quality.
